Your privacy is of utmost importance. Unique
Designs by Alyssa will never release any of your personal information to anyone
unless required to do so by law. This website uses SECURE CERTIFICATE for
encryted, private processing of your order and payment info.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be 100% satisfied
with every order. If you do not love your bracelet in every way, you may send
it back for an exchange or a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days of
receipt.
If there are any defective components, or an error on our part in any
way, we will correct the problem immediately at no cost to you.
If the bracelet is the wrong size, or you are unhappy with the design,
we will restring it one time free of charge plus shipping. Beyond that, please
see our restringing policies.
If you should damage a bead and wish to have it repaired, we will
restring it and replace the damaged parts for a restringing fee plus the cost
of the beads and shipping. If the damaged bead has been discontinued, or is not
available, we will do our best to replace it with a compatible design.

Prices
- Baby and toddler sizes (6 inches and under) are $35 per stand.
- Single strand $50
- Double strand $100
- Triple strand $150
The above prices include one name per strand and accents in either
sterling silver or gold-fill.
- Add $10 for each additional name.
- Add $40 each strand for accents in 14 k yellow gold.
Turn Around Time
Your bracelet will be shipped within 2 weeks
(or sooner) of when you placed your order. Rush orders are accepted on an
individual basis. Please call or email for availability and additional
charges.
What Size Do I Need?
How to Measure Your Wrist
There are 2 ways to get an accurate
measurement for your bracelet. The first is to measure your wrist and add one
inch. The second is to measure an existing bracelet from end to end including
the clasp.
In the absence of a true measurement here are a list of common
sizes:
Youth Sizes
- Baby 4.75 inches
- Toddler 5 inches
- 3-4 years 5.75 inches
- 4-5 years 6 inches
- 6-7 years 6.5 inches
- 8-12 years 6.75 inches
Adult Sizes:
- Extra Small 7 inches
- Small 7.25 inches
- Medium 7.5 inches
- Large 7.75 inches
- Extra Large 8 inches.
Please note that there are exceptions to every rule and an accurate
measurement is always recommended. Each bracelet is custom made and any size
can be accommodated.
Restringing Policies & Repair Service

If the bracelet you ordered is not the correct size we will restring it
one time for free plus $5.00 for shipping. Subsequent restringing fees are $10
for a single strand, $15 for a double strand and $20 for a triple strand. Your
bracelet will be cleaned, polished and badly damaged beads will be
replaced.
In the unlikely event that your bracelet should break after 30 days, you
may send it back and it will be restrung for the fees listed plus shipping. If
there are any lost components we will charge you only what they cost us.
To add another strand you will be charged for the additional strand plus
restringing and shipping.
To add an additional name to an existing single
strand the cost is $20 ($10 for the name, $10 to redesign) plus any additional
restring fees and shipping.
How to send your bracelet back for restringing or adding on: Please
email or call for prior authorization to return a bracelet. There is a repair
form you may print and fill out to accompany your bracelet. Please follow the
directions on the form. Place your bracelet in a plastic, ziplock bag with the
written information and payment inside. Please use a padded envelope and send
it to:

About our Materials
The Stringing Wire
The bracelets are strung with 49 strands of
stainless steel bound together by a coating of nylon. The wire is tested to
withstand up to 50 pounds of pressure. All other materials used are either
sterling silver, gold filled, or 14k gold.
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver is a semi precious metal made
up of no less than 92.5% silver, and no more than 7.5% copper. It is a sturdy
metal that will remain beautiful for a lifetime with the proper care. Please
see the section on caring for your jewelry.
About Gold-Filled Accent Beads
We highly recommend gold-filled
beads over 14k for several reasons. First, it doesn’t look any different,
and second, it is much stronger and will withstand years of wear and tear.
Lastly, gold-filled is a lot less expensive!
Federal laws mandate that all
precious and semi-precious metals meet specific criteria. The requirement for
gold-filled material is that the minimum layer of karat gold must equal at
least 1/20th of the total weight of the item. A layer of 14k gold is applied to
a brass bead (or other base metal) by heat and pressure. The result is a
product that is strong, beautiful and considerably more substantial than gold
plating.
How To Care For Your Bracelet
Due to the nature of sterling
silver, proper and continual care is necessary to keep it looking beautiful
To keep it clean, we recommend that you wash it with liquid soap and
water with a soft toothbrush to remove build-up of debris. Liquid jewelry
cleaners are ok as long as they do not remove tarnish. The letter beads, as
well as several others, are deliberately oxidized or blackened. A tarnish
removing substance would strip that detail from the bead.
To polish your bracelet we recommend that you use a polishing cloth once
a week.

We feel presentation is a very important part of
receiving a fine piece of jewelry. Each bracelet comes in a beautiful black
gift box with our silver foil seal on the top.

- Rush orders are accepted on an individual basis. Please call or email
for availability and additional charges.
- Any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If it is confirmed that a defect in materials or error by the designer is
present, you will be refunded the actual shipping cost.
- Please notify us before you send back any merchandise. The is a
repair sheet you may print out to accompany your bracelet.
